WaveSync is an online platform that lets guests find and reserve rooms directly from independent beach resorts in Bataan. WaveSync is not the owner or operator of any resort; the stay is an agreement between the guest and the resort.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
A reservation is confirmed once recorded on WaveSync and visible to the resort. Rates, house rules, cancellation and refund terms are set by each resort and should be confirmed with the resort before you travel. You agree to follow the resort's rules and to treat staff and property with respect.
Partners confirm they own or are authorized to list each property, and that listings, photos, rates and availability are accurate and kept current. Partners must honor confirmed reservations, may not list properties they have no right to offer, and are responsible for permits, taxes and licenses required to operate their business. Fees, if any, will be disclosed before they apply.
Photos, descriptions, messages and reviews you post must be your own, truthful, and lawful. You grant WaveSync a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive or unlawful.
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, post fraudulent listings or bookings, scrape data, or interfere with other users.
WaveSync provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, WaveSync is not liable for the acts or omissions of resorts or guests, or for losses arising from a stay. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
We may update these terms and will post the new date here; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

WaveSync respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Account details (name, email, mobile number, and for partners the resort name and town), booking details (dates, guests, messages), reviews, and basic technical data such as device and log information.
To create and secure your account, process reservations, let guests and resorts communicate, show reviews, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
When you book, the resort receives the details needed to host you (such as your name, contact details and stay dates). We use trusted service providers, such as hosting and authentication, who may process data on our behalf. We disclose data when required by law.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect it.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or withdraw consent for certain processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Contact us through the details on our website to exercise these rights.
